Care: 

After use, we recommend washing it with a neutral detergent and allowing it to dry completely.  Even boiling water can disinfect it without deforming it.

The cutting board drains and dries quickly, keeping it hygienic and preventing the growth of germs. 

Avoid using or storing at temperatures above 90°C and be careful not to place hot pots and pans on it.

Parker Asahi recommends not cleaning the cutting board in the dishwasher as prolonged heating may cause deformation (which can be reversed). Furthermore, it is not recommended to use saw blades and chopping knives as these can damage the surface.
